I had to order funeral flowers for my husbands cousin, and because of where they live I was having great difficulty until I tried this company! I placed my order which was then sent to a local florist in the area where it was to be delivered. I was kept informed of every step of the way. I mistakenly made a mistake on the card that was to be written but a couple of e mails later and everything was sorted. Will use again.

I purchased the flowers inter flora for my mother. I live in Australia. I request they carried the colors mauve and purples for Christmas not the usual reds and greens. The flowers were not in a box or bag as pictured and stated on line. Disappointed, as a gift, they look much nicer than a cellophane wrap. The flowers themselves were fine but did not look like the online photo.

I really appreciated them going the extra mile by reaching out to me about the nature of my order. They seem to really care and wanted to get it right. The flowers were perfect.

Flowers did not look like much when they arrived. Flowers in online photo were soft muted whites and nude pinks and in person flowers were bright orange and yellow. The were much more roses in the online version, despite paying for the highest tier option. Flowers didn't look arranged, just shoved in box. Overall, not great.

Poor communication about delivery . Did not inform me that 9am was not possible having had the order for days - then on the morning after my call promised delivery within the hour. Arrived more than 2 hours later . The basket of flowers was also very underwhelming for the cost . Have had much better locally
